MANASI & Tata Motors Officers’ Wives Association Encourage Girl Child Education in Jamshedpur
Tata Motors Officers’ Wives Association and MANASI successfully organized their Annual Girl Child Scholarship Program, awarding 132 scholarships to girls from economically weaker families, continuing their active involvement in promoting girl child education in Jamshedpur.
JAMSHEDPUR – The Annual Girl Child Scholarship Program, a joint initiative of Tata Motors Officers’ Wives Association and MANASI, was held at Telco Club.
The event was attended by the Chief Guest, Ravindra Kulkarni, and saw participation from senior Tata Motors officers, doctors, teachers, students, and NGO representatives.
MANASI has been a front-runner in advocating for girl child education for years, besides contributing to health, hygiene, environmental and livelihood activities.

This year, MANASI bestowed scholarships to 132 girl students from economically weaker sections studying in 15 different city schools.
In addition, MANASI members also arranged a free eye clinic in Hurlung village nearby, demonstrating their commitment to community health.
This event highlighted the ongoing effort by MANASI and Tata Motors Officers’ Wives Association to uplift and encourage girls’ education, especially among the underprivileged.
