Landlord Stabbed by Tenant Recently Released from Jail in Jamshedpur

A tenant, recently released from jail, stabbed his landlord in Hayatnagar, Jamshedpur, resulting in serious injuries.

JAMSHEDPUR – In a shocking incident that occurred on Thursday in Hayatnagar, under the jurisdiction of the Ulidih police station in Jamshedpur, a young man and his associates attacked his landlord with a knife.

The assailant had recently been released from jail in a theft case.

The criminals broke into the landlord’s house and stabbed him, leaving him severely injured. The victim, identified as Mohammed Karim, managed to reach the police station in his critical state, from where the authorities rushed him to the MGM Hospital for immediate medical attention.

During his interaction with the police, Mohammed Karim named his assailants as his tenant and his associates.

According to him, the attack occurred when he was drawing water from a hand pump near his house.

He claimed that the criminals surrounded him and launched their assault, leaving him incapable of walking.

Karim also disclosed that his tenant had previously been jailed for stealing from his house.

He believes that, after being released from jail, his tenant intended to kill him in this recent attack.
