Tata Steel and A&B Global Mining Ink Business Cooperation Agreement for Enhanced Mine Technical Services

Tata Steel partners with A&B Global Mining for mine technical services, exploring business opportunities & enhancing sustainable mining solutions.

Jamshedpur – Tata Steel has entered into a business cooperation agreement with A&B Global Mining Pvt. Ltd. (ABGM) to explore new business development opportunities and provide mine technical services.

These services include exploration, resource evaluation, mine planning and scheduling, due diligence, investment thesis, digitalization, clean/hybrid energy solutions, pre-feasibility, bankable feasibility studies, owner’s engineering, and project management.

The alliance aims to deliver competitive integrated business solutions to the global mining industry.

Tata Steel will collaborate with ABGM India, which will interface with its South African counterpart to explore business opportunities both in India and abroad.

The partnership will leverage each other’s technical and strategic strengths to deliver projects across the mining and metals, including steel value chain.
