JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel, in collaboration with Krishna Business Associates, unveiled a state-of-the-art construction service centre in Ludhiana.
This launch marks Tata Steel’s fourth automated service centre in India.
Vice President Ashish Anupam led the inauguration ceremony.
The centre spans 5 acres with a monthly production capacity of 1500 tonnes.
It offers customised Tata Tiscon TMT rebars, Bore Pile Cages, and Coupler threading.
Plans include expanding the portfolio to Welded Wire Mesh.
The Ludhiana facility enhances Tata Steel’s presence in India’s construction sector.
Partnership with Krishna Business Associates aims to cater to infrastructure demands.
The centre’s inauguration was accompanied by a ‘Converse to Construct’ meet in Chandigarh.
Over a hundred AEC community members attended, focusing on innovative construction technologies.
Speakers highlighted the importance of "Green Steel in Construction".
Tata Steel’s automated centres signify its commitment to innovating the construction industry.
The company aims to establish 10 such centres nationwide by 2025.
