Harharguttu youth throws himself under running train at Jugsalai, dies

Rajkumar Mahato, an 18-year-old resident of Harharguttu, under the jurisdiction of Bagbera police station, allegedly committed suicide by throwing himself under a train on the down line near Dukhu Market in Jugsalai.

The train in the down line was stopped for about 20 minutes, and the railway gate remained blocked for about half an hour as a result of the incident..

According to witnesses, Mahato jumped between the last bogies as the local train passed.

When his family found out about the incident, they identified the body as that of Rajkumar Mahato’s and stated that he had left the house earlier that morning and had not returned.

The incident is being investigated by the railway police.

When the relatives learned of the incident, they went to the railway track and identified the deceased as that of 18-year-old Rajkumar Mahato.

According to the relatives, the young man did not leave the house much and had celebrated his birthday the day before. He left the house at 10 o’clock and could never return home.
