Parsudih police arrest 3 in Rajesh Soren murder case

Jamshedpur: The city police today arrested three accused and sent them to judicial custody in connection with the murder of Rajesh Soren, a resident of Karandih Line Tola of Parsudih police station area of Jamshedpur.

The three accused arrested by the police are Biju Sardar, resident of Karandih Line Tola, Dukhu Murmu alias Shiva Murmu alias Murmu, and Jogaram Besra alias Joga alias Jamura, a resident of Karandih Line Tola.

Giving information about this, Jamshedpur SSP Dr M Tamil Vanan said that together with the deceased Rajesh Soren the three accused first drank alcohol.

“Meanwhile, there was a fight between these people over drinking and drinking,” said the SSP.

Later,, they together took Rajesh towards a nearby pit, where they strangled him to death by using a bicycle tube. His body was then thrown in the pit of a septic tank.

The tube, which was used in committing the murder, has been recovered a few days after the murder.
