2nd day of no corona death in Jharkhand, 152 new cases

Ranchi: Wednesday too did not see any death caused by Corona in Jharkhand. This was second day of nil corona death in the state as the death toll due to the pandemic remained at 1,048.

According to official data, on Tuesday 152 new cases of coronavirus infection were detected, taking the total number of infections in the state to 1,17,240.

On the other hand, 152 patients were also cured on the day in the state. The total number of cured patients has now reached 1,14,836.

For now, the state has 1,356 active cases of coronavirus.

The recovery rate in the state has reached 97.94% now, while the mortality rate hovers around 0.89%.

East Singhbhum district has been the worst-hit district in terms of death. However, for the last 36 days, East Singhbhum district has reported nil death.
