Sanky Yadav’s body found near Kharia Bustee, BJP leader Rajesh Singh too alleges attempt on life

Jamshedpur: Unknown criminals fired many rounds in the evening in Mango creating a sensation in the entire area. They had first fired at BJP leader Rajesh Singh. Rajesh Singh had a narrow escape in the attempt on his life. Soon after some time, some criminals also killed one Sanky Yadav, who was an externed accused named in several criminal cases.

According to information received, the dead body of Sanky Yadav was found near Kharia Bustee. The body had four bullet wounds and seemed to have been crushed with stones too. He is also accused in a case relating to firing at BJP leader Rajesh Singh’s house.

The police reached the site of occurrence and sent the dead body of Sanky Yadav for post mortem. Police are looking for those who killed him.

It may be added that several cases of firing and extortion were registered in different police stations of the city against Sanky Yadav. He had earlier been externed from the district too. In October 2019, he was also sent to jail by the police. He was released from the jail only a few months back.

Police are trying to find out as to who killed him. They have sealed the entire Mango area and have launched an intensive checking drive to nab the culprits responsible for his death.

Sanky Yadav was a resident of Baliguma area. The recovery of Sanky Yadav’s dead body soon after firing at a BJP leader has created a sensation in entire Mango area.

However, Sanky Yadav’s family alleged that he was beaten up by Rajesh Singh and later Rajesh Singh created a set up to feign that he was fired at.

Police are investigating the case and are trying to arrive at the truth. Rajesh Singh was recently fired at too. Police are trying to find out if there is any connection between the firing case and Sanky Yadav’s murder.
