Jamshedpur: The district administration has launched an extensive test drive for Covid-19 in the entire district.
20 such test centres are already operational in the city. In the entire district 80 Test Centres have been made operational, out of which 20 are in the urban areas.
These test centres have been opened in schools and community buildings in different areas of the city. Anyone can go to such centres and get himself or herself tested for Corona.
The test centres launched earlier are also functioning. But, those centres were getting crowded.
At many places, fees were being charged for testing.
But now the state government has launched special test centres for Covid-19 all over the state. These centres are testing for Covid-19 without any charges.
