46 new Corona positive cases in Jharkhand on Saturday, total cases now reach 1702

Ranchi: Corona outbreak continues to be unrelenting in Jharkhand for now as 46 new patients have tested positive in the state on Saturday, June 13, 2020.

In all, 468 samples were tested, out of which 425 were found to be negative, while 43 samples tested positive. Earlier, blood samples of 3 patients from Simdega were found positive.

Those who have tested positive for Covid-19 in the state on Saturday include two from Garhwa, one from Ramgarh, three from Chatra, one from RIIMS and 36 from Kodarma. With this the total number of infected cases in the state has reached 1702.

On the other hand, three patients werefound positive in West Singhbhum too. All three are migrant labourers and were already under quarantine.

Three persons have tested positive in East Singhbhum district till the time of filing this report.
