Competitors will travel from five major Indian cities. Pune sends a contingent of participants. Paradip contributes several golf players to the event. Bhubaneswar also dispatches its competitive golfers. The host city, Jamshedpur, supplies numerous competitors as well. Meanwhile, Ranchi sends additional representatives to participate.

Two prominent local organizations jointly coordinate the entire tournament. Golmuri Club functions as the primary organizing entity. Jamshedpur Golf simultaneously serves as the other organizer. Top-tier officials from various organizations will attend the event. D B Sundar Ramam occupies a senior corporate position. He manages Corporate Services operations at Tata Steel. Additionally, he captains Jamshedpur Golf’s leadership structure. Ujjal Chakraborti directs the Tinplate Division operations. He concurrently chairs Golmuri Club’s administrative governance.

Rajesh Roshan manages club administration as its elected secretary. Neeraj Sinha oversees safety protocols and compliance procedures. He also serves Jamshedpur Golf in a senior capacity.
