JAMSHEDPUR – The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports will organize the ‘Sardar@150 Unity March’ across India from October 31 to November 25 to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

The nationwide march aims to promote unity, patriotism, and a sense of duty among the youth. According to Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato, the initiative will carry forward the vision of the Iron Man of India, who unified a fragmented nation into one India. “This march will inspire young citizens to embrace the ideals of Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat, and Aatmanirbhar Bharat,” he said.

In Jamshedpur, a 10-kilometer-long march will be held, expected to witness hundreds of enthusiastic participants. The event will celebrate Patel’s legacy and encourage young people to contribute actively to nation-building.

Mahato added that the march is not only a tribute to Patel’s contributions but also a platform for youth to reaffirm their commitment to the nation’s progress. The program is expected to see wide participation from schools, colleges, and youth organizations.
