JAMSHEDPUR – A 47-year-old permanent worker died mysteriously at Tuffseal India Private Limited in Phase Three of Adityapur Industrial Area under RIT police station jurisdiction.

Yogendra Gorai from Seeni village collapsed during Saturday’s work. His sudden health deterioration shocked fellow workers completely. The incident occurred during A-shift duty hours.

However, JLKM leader Prem Mardi claimed that the company management showed complete negligence afterward. Neither owners nor senior officials took cognizance. The worker’s family felt abandoned by authorities.

Meanwhile, family members contacted JLKM leader Prem Mardi. He immediately reached MGM Hospital with team. They brought the body to company gate.

Moreover, the protest began outside factory premises. Prem Mardi organized a sit-in demonstration there. Workers demanded justice for deceased colleague’s family.

In addition, fellow workers rushed Gorai to ESIC hospital. Doctors declared him dead upon arrival unfortunately. Management transferred body to MGM Hospital mortuary.

Furthermore, no company representative came forward initially. The owner failed to express condolences publicly. This insensitive behavior angered family members significantly.

On the other hand, specific demands were raised clearly. The family seeks Rs 20 lakh compensation. One family member should receive employment opportunity.

Additionally, children’s maintenance responsibility must be accepted. The deceased leaves behind wife and children. Two small children depend on family support.

The protest continued until late night hours. Company owners didn’t appear at scene eventually. Administrative officials requested ending the demonstration peacefully.

Moreover, Prem Mardi allowed postmortem examination finally. He warned about resuming protests later. Justice for family remains the primary concern.

Relations between management and workers remain tense. This situation has persisted for three years. The death circumstances require thorough investigation.

Mardi said that industrial safety standards need immediate review here. Worker welfare measures appear inadequate currently. Such incidents highlight workplace security concerns.
