Jugsalai Sangharsh Samity organises free eye check-up camp

Jamshedpur: Jugsalai Sangharsh Samity organised an eye check-up camp on Wednesday at the Community Centre in Makhdumpur Munshi Mohalla in Parsudih.

More than 100 persons were examined for cataract in the camp by the doctors of Purnima Netralaya.

The State Vice-President of BJP SC ST Morcha Vimal Baitha was also present during the programme.

Later, the state vice-president of the BJP SC ST Morcha Vimal Baitha said that as Jugsalai Assembly segment is a rural area, the villagers face a lot of problems in reaching hospitals.

He said that organising an eye check up camp with the help of youths is a very positive step that would help a large number of people living in the area.

The free eye camp was organised under the leadership of Sonu Mahali, the president of Jugsalai Sangharsh Samity.

Mr. Baitha thanked the entire team led by Sonu Mahali and said that he would extend all help in organising such welfare programmes even in future.
