JAMSHEDPUR – The Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry will inaugurate its new car parking facility on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 4:15 PM with Tata Steel’s Vice President Corporate Services Sundar Ramam as chief guest.

Honorary Secretary Manav Kedia announced the inauguration ceremony. The facility addresses persistent parking challenges faced by chamber members.

President Vijay Anand Moonka highlighted the chamber’s growth trajectory. The organization represents Kolhan’s business entrepreneurs. It ranks among Jharkhand’s major commercial institutions.

The chamber started from a small building. Today it operates from its own premises in Bistupur. However, the organization now serves over 2,000 members.

Moreover, the chamber represents more than 2.5 lakh people directly and indirectly. Members previously faced significant parking difficulties during chamber events.

In addition, visitors had to park their vehicles roadside. This created inconvenience for attendees at chamber programs.

The chamber made persistent efforts to secure parking space. Tata Steel understood the chamber’s requirements after continuous efforts.

On the other hand, the steel company provided parking facility near chamber building. The location remains within Bistupur area for member convenience.

Chamber office bearers expressed satisfaction with the development. Vice President Anil Modi welcomed the new facility.

Furthermore, Advocate Rajiv Agarwal praised the initiative. Other officials including Puneet Kanvartiya and Abhishek Agarwal Goldy supported the project.

Besides, Secretary Bharat Makani appreciated Tata Steel’s cooperation. Additional officials Anshul Ringsia and Binod Sharma endorsed the facility.

Suresh Sharma Lipu and Treasurer CA Anil Ringsia also welcomed the development. All officials urged members to attend the inauguration ceremony.

The Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry was established in 1950. It serves as the apex body for trade and industry in East Singhbhum district.
