JAMSHEDPUR – The second match of Media Cup 2025, organized by the Press Club of Jamshedpur, witnessed an exciting clash between Bar Association and Sonari Shaleen on Wednesday. Winning the toss, Sonari Shaleen opted to bat first, scoring 77 runs in 12 overs at the loss of five wickets.
However, the Bar Association team showcased an impressive chase, achieving the target in just 6.5 overs, losing only one wicket.
Key Performers and Award Ceremony
From the winning team, Sandeep took two crucial wickets, while Salim Ahmed from Sonari Shaleen secured a wicket. After the match, both the runner-up Sonari Shaleen and the winner Bar Association were honored with trophies.
The event also saw the formal felicitation of Bar Association President R. N. Das and Kumar Rajesh Ranjan by the Press Club of Jamshedpur officials. They were presented with mementos in recognition of their contributions.
