JAMSHEDPUR – The South Eastern Railway has officially invited e-tenders for the integrated redevelopment of TataNagar Junction Railway Station under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode.

The tender, worth ₹326,875,997, aims to modernize the station under the Gati Shakti initiative.

The tender process is being conducted under an open bidding system.

Project Details

The project covers a single-stage EPC bid, with a pre-bid conference scheduled on March 2, 2025, at 11:30 AM.

Bidders can submit their proposals until April 4, 2025, at 3:30 PM, following the two-packet bidding system.

The project’s completion timeline is set at 36 months from the date of award.

Financial Specifications

The tender specifies an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹1,63,48,000.

No cost is required for tender documents, and the advertised value of the project is ₹326.88 crore.

The contract falls under the "Capital Works" expenditure category.

Participation Guidelines

Joint Ventures (JVs) and consortiums are allowed, with up to three members permitted in each grouping.

The bids will be evaluated based on the lowest to highest ranking order.
