The Mathematics Department at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jamshedpur successfully organized the Third International Conference on Security and Privacy (ICSP 2024) on November 20-21, 2024.

The hybrid event combined in-person and virtual formats, enabling global participation.

Keynote speeches, paper presentations, and a workshop highlighted the latest developments in encryption, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technologies.

The conference was organized under the leadership of Dr. Sumit Kumar Debnath and Dr. Saurav Das, with key contributions from NIT Jamshedpur Director Prof. (Dr.) Gautam Sutradhar and other notable academicians.

Prominent keynote addresses included talks by Prof. Saurav Mukhopadhyay from IIT Kharagpur on public-key encryption and fully homomorphic encryption.

Prof. Shubhamoy Maitra from the Indian Statistical Institute Kolkata explored cryptographic perspectives in the quantum paradigm.

Dr. Saibal Kumar Pal from DRDO, New Delhi, discussed long-term cryptographic security strategies.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ratna Dutta from IIT Kharagpur shared insights into post-quantum secure encryption in cloud environments.
