JAMSHEDPUR – Bhojpuri Sanskriti Manch announces Season 2 of Bhojpuri Idol competition, scheduled for January 25, 2025.

The registration process has begun at Sakchi office. Participants can apply until January 10 with Rs 300 fee.

Meanwhile, chief patron Bharat Singh shared competition details. The event returns after its first edition in 2007.

Competition Format

Auditions begin January 12 from 10 AM. The first round will select semifinalists.

Moreover, semifinals take place on January 19. Selected contestants advance to the grand finale.

The finale showcases twenty performers. “This provides a platform for local talent,” Bharat Singh explained.

Prize Structure

Winners receive attractive cash prizes. The champion gets Rs 5,001.

Furthermore, runners-up earn Rs 3,001. All finalists receive certificates and mementos.

Event coordinator Tomar Satyendra outlined the rewards. The prizes aim to encourage participation.
