JAMSHEDPUR – The Lions Club of Jamshedpur celebrated Children’s Day with joy and enthusiasm at the Palna Ghar daycare, managed by Adarsh Seva Sanstha. This daycare supports working mothers by taking care of their children while they are at work.

During the event, members of the Lions Club distributed chocolates, biscuits, notebooks, and clothes to the children. The program was overseen by the club’s secretary, Maharukh Mehta, and witnessed the participation of several members, including Stota Dasgupta, KT Malegaonwala, KT Bathena, Purabi Ghosh, Sahadev Prasad, Urmila Prasad, Indrani Bandyopadhyay, Pradeep Bandyopadhyay, Dr. Raghumani, and Dr. AK Sharma.

The celebration included games and activities, bringing smiles to the children’s faces. Lions Club members emphasized that this initiative is part of their permanent project aimed at supporting underprivileged children.

Palna Ghar also receives assistance from various NGOs, making it a collaborative effort to aid families in need. Lions Club’s commitment to social responsibility was highlighted through this event, showcasing their dedication to bringing joy and support to the community.
