JAMSHEDPUR – A local Sikh organization receives a mobile deep freezer, enhancing their community services for the bereaved.

The Sahu family, led by businessman Bhakt Vatsal Sahu, has made a generous contribution to the local Sikh community.

On Friday, they officially presented a mobile deep freezer to the CGPC at their Sakchi office.

Several CGPC officials, including Sardar Bhagwan Singh and Sardar Shailendra Singh, were present at the handover ceremony.

CGPC President Sardar Bhagwan Singh expressed sincere appreciation for the Sahu family’s selfless act.

He encouraged other families to support similar public service initiatives.

"Besides our religious duties, we remain dedicated to our social responsibilities," stated Sardar Bhagwan Singh.

Moreover, he highlighted the organization’s existing services, such as ambulances and hearse vehicles.

The addition of the mobile deep freezer further expands CGPC’s ability to assist the community.

Families in need can contact CGPC General Secretary Amarjit Singh to access the deep freezer service.

The equipment will be delivered directly to the homes of those requiring it.

Furthermore, Chairman Sardar Shailendra Singh emphasized the practical benefits of this new facility.

He explained that it would help families preserve the bodies of their loved ones at home.

This service is particularly useful when final rites arrangements are pending.
