JAMSHEDPUR – On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, Health Minister Banna Gupta, along with Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal and Senior Superintendent of Police Kishore Kaushal, paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at Mango Gandhi Maidan.

Several social organizations and municipal officials attended the event organized by the district administration.

During the ceremony, Gupta highlighted the enduring relevance of Gandhi’s ideals, urging the public to embrace the path of truth, non-violence, and self-reliance.

He also emphasized the importance of following the principles of Lal Bahadur Shastri, whose birthday also falls on October 2.

Gupta noted that Gandhi’s vision for a just and peaceful society remains crucial today and called for collective efforts to spread his ideas across the nation.
