UCIL to Pay Advance Bonus to Employees Ahead of Festival Season

JAMSHEDPUR – In a major announcement for its employees, Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL) has decided to pay an advance annual bonus on October 4, ahead of the festive season.

According to a notice issued by the company’s Deputy General Manager of Personnel and Industrial Relations, the bonus will cover the period from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025.

The bonus will be 55% of one month’s basic salary, with a minimum payout of ₹25,000 and a maximum of ₹60,000.

UCIL is set to distribute a total of ₹6 crore to its employees under this incentive scheme.
