JAMSHEDPUR – Beldih Club employees in Jamshedpur are set to receive a 20% bonus, with amounts ranging from ₹36,012 to ₹57,358.

Employees of Beldih Club in Jamshedpur have reason to celebrate.

On Friday, an agreement was reached regarding their annual bonus.

The club’s management has decided to award a 20% bonus to its staff this year.

Moreover, the bonus will be directly deposited into the employees’ bank accounts.

According to the agreement, the maximum bonus amount is set at ₹57,358.

On the other hand, the minimum bonus payout will be ₹36,012.

The signing ceremony saw participation from both management and union representatives.

Chairperson Atrayee Sanyal, who also serves as VP HRM at Tata Steel, signed on behalf of the club’s management.

Other signatories included secretary PK Ghosh and joint secretary Ayan Lahiri.

Furthermore, treasurer Vishal Agarwal and additional committee members were present to endorse the agreement.

Meanwhile, the union was represented by its president, Rakeshwar Pandey.

Additionally, deputy president BK Dinda and general secretary Dadan Singh participated in the signing.

"This bonus agreement reflects our commitment to our hardworking staff," stated a knowledgeable source from the club management.

In conclusion, the bonus announcement is expected to boost employee morale at the prestigious Beldih Club.
