JAMSHEDPUR – Jamshedpur FC has strengthened its attack by signing former India U19 striker Manvir Singh on a season-long contract from North East United FC.
The 23-year-old Punjab native brings youth-level international experience to the team.
Manvir’s football journey began at the Chandigarh Football Academy.
He later made his professional debut with Ozone FC, netting three goals in eight matches.
The young striker’s talent caught attention during his academy days in Punjab.
He was subsequently selected for the U17 World Cup Camp.
Manvir has also represented India in various youth tournaments abroad.
His experience includes playing in the OFC Development Tournament in Vanuatu.
Additionally, he was part of the AFC U-19 Qualifiers 2018 squad in Saudi Arabia.
Known for his sharp instincts, Manvir can play as both a winger and striker.
His versatility makes him a valuable asset to the team.

The team’s first home game is scheduled for September 21st at the JRD Sports Complex.
They will face Mumbai FC in their inaugural home fixture of the season.
