JAMSHEDPUR – A Karma Mahotsav and music evening were organized at Adivasi High School in Mango by the Munda community branch.
The event honored artists who have entertained the community through traditional songs, music, and dance during the Karma festival.
As the chief guest, a Tata Steel Foundation manager stressed the importance of the tribal community’s social, cultural, economic, and educational empowerment.
He expressed concern that the younger generation is drifting away from their roots, warning that if this continues, the community’s existence could be at risk.
