Disha Meeting Held at East Singhbhum Headquarters, Focus on Local Issues

The District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (Disha) meeting was held on Saturday at the East Singhbhum district headquarters, chaired by MP Bidyut Baran Mahato.

JAMSHEDPUR – The District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (Disha) convened a meeting at the East Singhbhum district headquarters, with MP Bidyut Baran Mahato presiding over the session.

The meeting saw the participation of various district representatives along with key administrative officials.

During the session, the progress of proposals passed in the previous meeting was reviewed, and detailed discussions on local issues were conducted.

Legislators present at the meeting highlighted the challenges in their respective constituencies and demanded immediate resolutions.

MP Bidyut Baran Mahato, who chaired the meeting, listened to the issues presented by the legislators and instructed the Deputy Commissioner to direct the concerned departments to resolve the matters promptly.

He emphasized that the coordination committee prioritizes issues based on mutual understanding and ensures their implementation.

Ghatshila MLA Ramdas Soren urged for the swift resolution of the proposals passed during the meeting.

The meeting was notably attended by key figures including Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy, Potka MLA Sanjib Sardar, Baharagora MLA Sameer Mohanty, Ghatshila MLA Ramdas Soren, Jugsalai MLA Mangal Kalindi, and Zila Parishad President Bari Murmu and Vice President.
