MD Ritu Raj Sinha hoists flag; cultural performances highlight celebration

Tata Steel UISL commemorated India’s 78th Independence Day with a patriotic ceremony and cultural showcase at its campus.

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel UISL, formerly known as JUSCO, celebrated the 78th Independence Day with a flag-hoisting ceremony and cultural performances at its campus in Jamshedpur.

Managing Director Ritu Raj Sinha hoisted the national flag at JUSCO Green, accompanied by JSU President Raghunath Pandey and the company’s senior leadership team.

The event commenced with the singing of the National Anthem, instilling a sense of pride and unity among attendees.

In his address, Sinha emphasized the significance of Independence Day and reaffirmed the company’s dedication to nation-building and community welfare.

JUSCO School South Park students presented a captivating dance performance, showcasing India’s rich cultural heritage.

The SRT team of Tata Steel UISL impressed the audience with a Khukuri dance, which received enthusiastic applause.

JSU office bearers and Tata Steel UISL officials were also present at the celebration.

The event concluded with a renewed commitment to the values of freedom, unity, and progress.

This celebration marks Tata Steel UISL’s continued engagement with national events and community involvement.

The company, previously known as JUSCO, maintains its tradition of commemorating important national occasions.
