Jamshedpur East’s Inner Wheel Club celebrates leadership transition, welcoming Madhumita Sanyal as President for 2024-25 during their 14th installation ceremony at Golmuri Club.
JAMSHEDPUR – The Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur East marked a significant milestone with its 14th installation ceremony held at Golmuri Club.
Madhumita Sanyal was inducted as the new President for the 2024-25 term, taking over the reins from outgoing President Sampa Upadhyay.
Alokananda Bakshi, District Chairman of Inner Wheel 325, graced the event as the Chief Guest, underlining the importance of the occasion.
"It’s an honor to lead this dynamic group of women dedicated to community service," Sanyal expressed after her induction.
The ceremony saw attendance from various dignitaries, including Past District Chairmen Lata Raina and Rita Jha, as well as District Treasurer Nibha Mishra.
Club Secretary Sanchita Dey presented a comprehensive review of the club’s achievements over the past year, highlighting successful projects and awards received.
"Our club’s impact on the community has been remarkable, thanks to the collective efforts of all members," Dey noted during her presentation.
Outgoing President Sampa Upadhyay reflected on her tenure, expressing gratitude for the support she received from club members.
The new Executive Team for 2024-25 was also introduced, featuring Poonam Verma as Vice President and Anjubala as Treasurer, among others.
Past President Ira Bandhopadhya served as the Master of Ceremony, ensuring a smooth flow of the event.
Representatives from other Inner Wheel Clubs in Jamshedpur attended the ceremony, fostering inter-club relationships and solidarity.
