Inter Divisional Badminton Tournament Wraps Up at JRD Sports Complex

198 Players Compete Across Four Categories at Mohan Ahuja Stadium

JAMSHEDPUR – The Inter Divisional Badminton Tournament concluded at Mohan Ahuja Stadium with 198 participants competing across team and singles categories.

The tournament was held at JRD Tata Sports Complex. It featured four competitive categories. These included men’s and women’s team events. Singles competitions were also organized for both genders.

Team events attracted 136 participants. Meanwhile, 62 players competed in singles categories. The competition showcased exceptional sporting talent.

NINL secured the women’s team championship. West Bokaro finished as runners-up. Shared Services claimed the third position.

In the men’s team event, TSJ Operations emerged victorious. General Office took second place. However, TSM secured third position.

Ananya Tigga from NINL won women’s singles gold. Deepa of West Bokaro claimed silver. D. Likhita finished third in the category.

Sayan Hazra represented Shared Services in men’s singles. He defeated Alok Manna of TSJ Operations. Prince from West Bokaro secured third place.

Mr. Mukul Vinayak Choudhari attended as Chief Guest. He serves as Chief Sports for the organization. Moreover, he congratulated all winners and participants.

“The players displayed remarkable sportsmanship throughout,” a tournament official said. “Their dedication was truly commendable.”

The event highlighted competitive badminton in the region. Players demonstrated high-level skills across all categories. The tournament successfully promoted sports among employees.
