BJP Delegation Demands Identification and Deportation of Bangladeshi Immigrants

Devendra Singh Leads BJP Delegation to Submit Memorandum to Deputy Commissioner

The BJP has called for the identification and deportation of Bangladeshi immigrants residing in Jamshedpur.

JAMSHEDPUR – A group of members from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) paid a visit to the Deputy Commissioner’s office in Jamshedpur.

They went there to hand over a memorandum, requesting the authorities to identify and deport Bangladeshi immigrants from the country.

The delegation, led by Devendra Singh, who is a former district president, shared their concerns about the increasing number of Bangladeshi and Rohingya immigrants in the country and their presence specifically in Jamshedpur.

Concerns Over Illegal Immigration

Devendra Singh, while speaking to the media, stated that millions of Bangladeshi and Rohingya immigrants have unlawfully entered the country, and their numbers are also evident in Jamshedpur.

He criticized the Hemant Soren government for remaining silent on the issue, accusing it of indulging in vote-bank politics.

The BJP delegation urged the state government, through the Deputy Commissioner, to take immediate action to identify and deport these foreign nationals.

Political and Social Implications

The memorandum highlighted the BJP’s stance on illegal immigration and its potential impact on local demographics and resources.

The party emphasized the need for strict measures to ensure the country’s security and sovereignty.

The delegation’s visit and memorandum submission mark a significant political move aimed at addressing the concerns of illegal immigration in Jamshedpur and Jharkhand.

Official Statement and Call for Action

Devendra Singh remarked, "We are submitting this memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner to urge the state government to identify and deport the illegal Bangladeshi and Rohingya immigrants residing in Jamshedpur. The silence of the current administration on this critical issue is unacceptable, and we demand immediate action."
