BJP Alleges Job Scam In Jharkhand, Demands CBI Probe
Opposition Leader Amar Kumar Bauri Claims Widespread Exam Irregularities
The BJP accuses the Champai Soren government of undermining youth opportunities through fraudulent recruitment practices.
RANCHI – Leader of Opposition Amar Kumar Bauri has leveled serious accusations against the Champai Soren government, alleging a large-scale job scam affecting Jharkhand’s youth.
During a press conference at the BJP state office, Bauri called for a comprehensive CBI inquiry into multiple examinations, including the PGT exam.
"Candidates from the JSSC PGT exam have reported widespread irregularities and unfair practices," Bauri stated, highlighting suspicions of malpractice at select examination centers.
The opposition leader emphasized the gravity of the situation, asserting that such fraudulent activities jeopardize the future of Jharkhand’s youth.
Bauri pledged to communicate with the Union Minister to advocate for a thorough CBI investigation into these allegations.
"We urge the state government to initiate a CBI inquiry to ensure transparency in job recruitments," he remarked, warning of consequences for those involved in corrupt practices.
The BJP leader contrasted the current situation with his party’s 2014-2019 tenure, claiming no such irregularities occurred during that period.
"Jharkhand’s youth feel cheated under the present government," Bauri asserted, highlighting the perceived impact on employment opportunities.
State media in-charge Shiv Pujan Pathak and BJP Yuva Morcha state president Shashank Raj were present, reinforcing the party’s stance on the issue.
The allegations have sparked debates about the integrity of the state’s recruitment processes and their impact on youth employment.
Local youth organizations have expressed concern over the allegations, calling for a fair and transparent investigation.
