Ramgarh Police Crack Constable Pankaj’s Murder Case Within Hours
Ramgarh police solve the mysterious murder of Constable Pankaj in a stunning 10-hour turnaround, leading to three arrests, including wife.
RAMGARH – Ramgarh Superintendent of Police, Piyush Pandey, broke the news of a murder resolution at a recent press conference.
Last night, a man was fatally shot by unidentified criminals near the number ten open mine in Sayal, under the Bhurkunda OP area.
Upon investigation, police identified the deceased as Pankaj Kumar Das, a constable with Jharkhand Police’s Hazaribagh district force stationed at Urimari OP.
As part of the follow-up, the police formed a raiding force that brought N Kumari, the wife of the deceased, in for questioning.
Kumari revealed that she orchestrated her husband’s murder due to her affair with Monu Paswan alias Manohar Kumar.
Paswan and his accomplice, Omprakash Sinha, were arrested in subsequent raids, and the murder weapon was seized.
The arrestees included N Kumari’s husband Pankaj Kumar Das from Sakul police station, Patratu, Monu Paswan alias Manohar Kumar, son of Brijnandan Paswan from old Dutalla, Sayal police station, Patratu, and Om Prakash Sinha, son of late Ramchandra Paswan from Sayal police station, Patratu.
Seized items from the incident included two country-made pistols, one country-made revolver, five empty cartridges, five live cartridges, a black colored Pulsar motorcycle, and three mobile phones.
