JAMSHEDPUR – The villagers of Sabar Tola in Kendadangri, Chalunia Panchayat, experienced relief as their transformer, which had been out of order for several days, was finally restored.

The residents, distressed by the heat, approached former BJP district president Saroj Mahapatra in Kendadangri for help with their electricity issues.

MP Mahto assured Saroj that a new transformer would be provided within a day or two.

He contacted senior officials in the electricity department, instructing them to issue the transformer immediately.

By last evening, the department had made the transformer available in Sabar Tola.

The installation was inaugurated in the presence of BJP leader Saroj Mahapatra and BJP workers.

At Saroj’s request, three elderly women from the village, Alka Mahto, Malti Murmu, and Bhaani Sabar, jointly broke a coconut and cut the ribbon.

The villagers expressed their gratitude towards MP Bidyut Mahto and BJP leader Saroj Mahapatra for their prompt action.

BJP leader Saroj stated, "Solving the problems of the people without delay is my first priority."

Present at the inauguration were Barud Maiti, Bhudev Maiti, Bitu Maiti, Sujit Maiti, Rajesh Mohapatra, Shekhar Maiti, Tapan Mohapatra, Kisu Sabar, and Govinda Kadma, along with other villagers.
