Arpit Chaudhary Tops Kolhan in JEE Advanced with AIR 415

Kolhan’s top students excel in JEE Advanced 2024, with Arpit Chaudhary leading. Their achievements pave the way for coveted IIT admissions via JoSAA counseling.

JAMSHEDPUR – The results of JEE Advanced 2024 were announced on Sunday, and it brought great pride to Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES). Arpit Chaudhary achieved the top position in Kolhan with an impressive All India Rank (AIR) of 415.

Arpit Chaudhary, who had previously achieved an impressive 99.6 percentile in the JEE Main 2024 exam, once again showcased his exceptional abilities.

Next to him, Ankesh Kumar Singh from NHES also accomplished a notable feat, achieving an All India Rank (AIR) of 4848.

At Vidya Bharti Chinmaya Vidyalaya Telco, there was another exciting moment as they celebrated the accomplishment of their student, Ibtesam Ahmed. He achieved an impressive All India Rank (AIR) of 696, which made him the second highest scorer in Kolhan.

Some other impressive performances include Divyanshu Das, who achieved an All India Rank (AIR) of 848, Md. Shafqat Jabbar with an AIR of 911, Kshitij Nayan with an AIR of 1742, Krish Verma with an AIR of 2149, and Aditya Singh from Mango, who secured an AIR of 2245.

These impressive results open up opportunities for these candidates to take part in the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counseling, which helps with admissions into NITs, IIITs, deemed universities, and central universities all over the country.

The seat matrix for JoSAA-2024 will be accessible on the official website from June 10. The registration and college selection process will begin at 5 PM on the same day.

The registration deadline is on June 18th, and the first round of seat allocation is planned for June 20th.

Ibtesam Ahmed was one of the standout performers in the JEE Advanced exam, achieving a total score of 246 marks. This included 86 marks in Physics, 76 marks in Chemistry, and 84 marks in Mathematics.

Ibtesam, who is aiming to pursue a B.Tech in Mathematics and Computing from prestigious IITs like Delhi, Kanpur, or Madras, credits his success to his diligent revision of coaching materials alongside his school studies.

His parents, Dr. Iftekar Ahmed and Dr. Zakia Sitara, who are both doctors at Tata Motors, were extremely proud of his impressive accomplishment.

The top five students from Kolhan in the JEE Advanced 2024 are Arpit Chaudhary, who secured an All India Rank (AIR) of 415, Durgesh with an AIR of 690, Ibtesam Ahmed with an AIR of 696, Divyanshu Das with an AIR of 848, and Md. Shafqat Jabbar with an AIR of 911.

The Joint Entrance Examination – Advanced is a yearly academic test that takes place in India. It is organized by one of the seven zonal IITs, with the guidance of the Joint Admission Board, on a rotational basis. This exam is for students who have qualified the JEE Main.
