Vande Bharat Train from Tatanagar Awaits Final Approval

JAMSHEDPUR – The Chakradharpur division has completed preparations for new Vande Bharat train routes from Tatanagar to Patna and Barhampur, pending final approval to start operations.
Upgrades to the washing line at Tatanagar station have been completed in anticipation of the new service.
Staff training for maintenance and operation of the Vande Bharat trains has been conducted.
Despite these preparations, the green light for operation has not yet been given.
Currently, the Ranchi-Howrah Vande Bharat train serves Tatanagar six days a week.
Passengers are eagerly awaiting the Patna-bound Vande Bharat train due to challenges with seat availability on existing routes.
The South Bihar Express and Tatanagar-Danapur Express currently face high demand from travelers.
The new Vande Bharat service is expected to significantly reduce travel time between Tatanagar and Patna.
Journey duration is anticipated to decrease from the current 11 hours to just 8 hours.
This reduction in travel time is likely to make the route more appealing to commuters and business travelers.
