BJP State President Babulal Marandi Flays Chief Minister Champai Soren’s Inaction
Marandi Calls Out Soren’s Failure to Dismiss Corrupt Minister Alamgir Alam
BJP state president Babulal Marandi criticized Chief Minister Champai Soren for not dismissing Alamgir Alam from the cabinet despite corruption allegations.
RANCHI – BJP state president Babulal Marandi has lambasted Chief Minister Champai Soren for failing to remove Alamgir Alam from the cabinet despite exposing his corruption.
Marandi stated that Jharkhand has never witnessed a chief minister as ineffective as Soren.
He accused Soren of being a "puppet" leader who only reassigned Alam’s departments instead of ousting him from his ministerial position.
According to Marandi, the past four and a half years have been particularly challenging for the youth of Jharkhand.
He claimed that while the youth awaited job opportunities, former Chief Minister Hemant Soren complicated matters with policies like the 60:40 employment policy, outsider-insider debates, and paper leak scandals.
Marandi noted that after Hemant Soren’s incarceration, there were hopes that Champai Soren would promote transparency, curb corruption, and control criminal activities.
However, Marandi argued that the situation has deteriorated instead.
