Rising Sun English School’s Ceremony Honors Students’ Achievements

JAMSHEDPUR – Rising Sun English School in Cable Basti conducted its annual prize distribution ceremony in the school auditorium.

Sheetal Shingari of Shane International School and Dr. Kavita Singh graced the event as chief guests.

The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp by Sheetal Shingari, Dinesh Kumar, and Khemlal Chaudhary, followed by a Tulsi worship by the children.

The program opened with a captivating welcome dance by school students.

Sheetal Shingari and Kavita Singh emphasized the importance of guiding children correctly from a young age, highlighting the crucial roles of schools, teachers, and parents.

They also noted the new education policy’s focus on sports and mental development.

School president Dinesh Kumar, patron Khemlal Chaudhary, Sheetal Shingari, Sukrit Das Manikpuri, and Kavita Singh addressed the gathering.

Principal Sangeeta Srivastava delivered the welcome address, while General Secretary Parmanand Kaushal presented the annual report.

Teachers Deeksha Kumari and Krutika Singh conducted the event.

The cultural program was a highlight, featuring performances like ‘Andher Nagari Chaupat Raja’, ‘Ganesh Vandana’, and various songs.

Students received academic awards across all grades, from Nursery to Class 7, with special recognition for all-rounders and best students in junior and senior sections.

Awards for best parents and best teachers in junior and senior sections were also given.

Key contributors to the program’s success included Amit Kumar Singh, CP Samiti Principal, Secretary Birendra Kumar, Treasurer Santosh Kumar, and Ramon Kumar.

Other teachers present included Neelam Sharma, Nirmala Kaur, Anjali Sharma, Kumkum Singh, Rita Sharma, Manpreet Kaur, Sarah Masih, Kaushik Dutta, Seema, Sangeeta Mary Suren, Trilochan Kaur, Suman Singh, Rekha Kumari, Anusuiya Kumari, Hira Das Manikpuri, Chand Singh, Tarakeshwari Devi, Roshni Kumari, Devnarayan Sahu, Santosh Sahu, Birendra Sahu, Raman Kumar, Jagdev Sahu, Ram Prakash Sahu, and Khemlal Sahu.
