Health Minister Banna Gupta conducted a padyatra and public relations campaign on Sunday to garner support for India Alliance candidate Samir Mohanty in Jamshedpur.

JAMSHEDPUR – On Sunday, Health Minister Banna Gupta led a padyatra and public relations campaign in support of India Alliance candidate Samir Mohanty.

The campaign started from Mango Bawangoda Chowk to Chepapul and from Mango Golchakkar to Dimna Road.

The workers warmly welcomed Samir Mohanty and Minister Banna Gupta with garlands of flowers.

Addressing the gathering, State Health Minister Banna Gupta emphasized the need for decisive action.

He mentioned the nationwide wave of support for the India Alliance and criticized the BJP for failing to deliver on its promises.

Gupta recalled how the BJP campaigned on the issue of inflation in 2014, using gas cylinders as symbols, and then neglected the issue after coming to power.

He highlighted that under the Modi government, gas prices increased from Rs 400 to Rs 1200.

He also pointed out that BJP’s promises of jobs and development remained unfulfilled.

Gupta stressed that the 2024 elections are a crucial time for voters to make a successful decision.

He praised the state government’s efforts in benefiting farmers and providing pensions to all.

Gupta stated that the India Alliance will provide a strong response to the BJP in the upcoming elections.

He asserted that there is a significant wave of support for the India Alliance in the Lok Sabha elections.

Gupta accused former state Chief Minister Hemant Soren of lying and mentioned his imprisonment in a case, using this to emphasize the need for trustworthy leadership.

He highlighted ongoing developmental works in Jamshedpur, including the construction of MGM, the largest hospital in Kolhan, a flyover to ease traffic in Mango, an international-level bus stand, road widening projects, and public transport schemes.

Gupta called on the people of Jamshedpur Lok Sabha constituency to vote for Samir Mohanty on the Tir Kaman campaign symbol and ensure his victory for continued development.

The campaign event showcased the India Alliance’s commitment to development and their criticism of the BJP’s governance.
