Transport Minister and JMM Lok Sabha Candidate Highlight Development Plans and Industry Priorities

Jharkhand’s Transport Minister Deepak Birua and Baharagora MLA cum JMM’s Jamshedpur Lok Sabha election candidate Sameer Mohanty met with businessmen and entrepreneurs at the Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce in Bistupur, Jamshedpur.

JAMSHEDPUR – Jharkhand’s Transport Minister Deepak Birua and Baharagora MLA Sameer Mohanty, the JMM candidate for Jamshedpur Lok Sabha, addressed the business community at the Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce, discussing the government’s efforts and future priorities for trade and industry development.

Supriyo Bhattacharya, the state spokesperson of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, was also present at the meeting.

Honorary General Secretary Manav Kedia provided the information about the event.

President Vijay Anand Moonka, speaking at the meeting, highlighted the disparity in development between Jharkhand and the states of Uttarakhand and Chhattisgarh, despite being formed simultaneously.

He attributed Jharkhand’s lag in progress to the lack of industrial establishment in the state.

Moonka emphasized the need for an airport, advanced medical facilities, government undertakings, and higher educational institutions in Jamshedpur, urging the Lok Sabha candidate to focus on these areas.

Addressing the gathering, Transport Minister Birua acknowledged the immense potential for industries in Jharkhand and reiterated the government’s commitment to their development.

He assured the business community that their concerns, particularly those related to the transport department, would be presented to the government for resolution.

Sameer Mohanty, JMM Lok Sabha candidate, affirmed the importance of the demands raised by the chamber for Jamshedpur’s development and pledged to work on them.

Supriyo Bhattacharya, JMM state spokesperson, emphasized the crucial role of business entrepreneurs in the development of the state and assured the government’s support in addressing their issues.

The meeting saw active participation from several key members, including Vice President Puneet Kanwatiya, Advocate Rajeev Agarwal, Secretary Bharat Makani, Anshul Ringsiya, Binod Sharma, Suresh Sharma Lipu, Treasurer Anil Ringsiya, Manoj Goyal, Suman Nagelia, Vineeta Sah, Rajesh Agarwal, Shravan Debuka, Satish Singh, Rahat Hussain, Anand Rao, Kamal Laddha, Deepak Chetani, Sunit Ringsiya, and other members.
