A water kiosk, complete with a stool and two pitchers, was installed by Sambhav NGO near Sakchi Shiv Chandra Clinic to offer relief to passers-by during the summer.
JAMSHEDPUR – In a commendable initiative, Sambhav NGO set up a water kiosk near Sakchi Shiv Chandra Clinic to provide fresh and cool water to pedestrians.
Sambhav President Sarika Singh emphasized the importance of water service during the hot season, noting that access to clean, cool water can prevent issues like diarrhea and dehydration.
The kiosk, equipped with two pitchers, will be maintained daily by club members who will ensure the water is changed regularly.
The installation of the kiosk brought joy to patients and visitors at Shiv Chandra Clinic, who expressed their gratitude to the NGO.
Sarika Singh highlighted the effort as a vital service, especially in the scorching heat, aimed at aiding those passing by the clinic.
Chief Patron of Sambhav, Bharat Singh, along with Sarika Singh, P. Pushpalatha, Rajesh Kumar, and Selja Singh, were present during the installation.
