Community body sets December 8 voting at Chamber Bhawan with nomination process from Dec 2

JAMSHEDPUR – The Purvi Singhbhum Zila Agarwal Sammelan has initiated its biennial presidential election process with voting scheduled for December.

The organization has appointed a three-member election panel. Meanwhile, Senior Advocate Rajiv Agrawal will lead the team.

Moreover, advocate Anshul Ringasia joins the panel as Co-Election Officer. In addition, Ashwini Agrawal, who heads Marwari Yuva Manch’s local branch, completes the team.

The nomination process begins on December 2. However, candidates must pay Rs 2,500 per nomination set. Furthermore, voter lists are available for Rs 200.

"We have established strict identification requirements for both candidates and voters," stated a senior official. Moreover, all participants must provide government ID photocopies.

The organization was founded in 1985 to serve the Agarwal community. Besides, it has grown significantly over the past decades.

Furthermore, the PSZAS conducts various social welfare activities throughout the year. Meanwhile, it has over 5,000 registered members in the region.

The election venue, Chamber Bhawan, has hosted similar events previously. Moreover, it can accommodate large gatherings comfortably.

"The election process will conclude with same-day results," explained an election committee member. In addition, winners will receive their certificates immediately.
