JAMSHEDPUR – Pappu Sardar organized a voter awareness event at Manohar Chaat Shop in Sakchi Handi Line to celebrate Madhuri Dixit’s birthday.
The celebration commenced with a prayer ritual conducted by Pandit Santosh Kumar Tripathi, followed by tribal women performing a Sarhul dance while holding posters encouraging voter participation.
Women and girls eagerly took part in a selfie contest throughout the day, showcasing posters promoting voting.
A highlight of the event was a cake-cutting ceremony at 10:30 PM.
Pappu Sardar’s shop was beautifully decorated with colorful clay figures, banners, and posters, all designed to raise voting awareness.
The shop will continue to display messages about voting until the Jamshedpur Lok Sabha elections on May 25.
Pappu Sardar, renowned for his 28-year tradition of celebrating Madhuri Dixit’s birthday, has gained international attention for his dedication.
On Wednesday, May 15, he will distribute free chaat in the evening as part of the continued celebrations.
At 10 AM on the same day, he will visit Cheshire Home in Karandih to provide food and gifts to the residents with disabilities.
