Former BJP member and Union Minister, Hemlal Murmu, returns to JMM with a new role.

Hemlal Murmu has been appointed as the central spokesperson for the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM).

RANCHI – Hemlal Murmu has been appointed as the central spokesperson for the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM).

The appointment was officially announced in a letter issued by JMM Supremo Shibu Soren, stating that Murmu’s new role takes effect immediately.

Murmu, who previously served in key governmental roles both at the state and union levels, returns to JMM after a nine-year stint with the BJP.

His political career includes significant positions such as the Health Minister, Education Minister in the Jharkhand government, and Union Mine Minister.

This strategic appointment marks Murmu’s reintegration into JMM and highlights his extensive experience in both state and national politics.
