Court Issues Notice to Absconding Suspect in Zahid Murder Case

A court notice has been posted at the residence of Arshad Khan, a suspect in the 2022 Zahid murder case in Jamshedpur.

JAMSHEDPUR – A court notice has been posted at the residence of Arshad Khan, a suspect in the 2022 Zahid murder case in Jamshedpur.

The notice was issued by the court of First Class Judicial Magistrate Utkarsh Jain and was executed by Mango Police who affixed it at Khan’s home on Mango Jawahar Nagar Road No. 14.

Arshad Khan, also known as Langra Arshad, has been on the run and is now officially required to present himself in court by May 30, under threat of further legal action.

The call for his appearance marks a significant step in the judicial proceedings related to the Zahid murder case, with the next court hearing scheduled for June 5.

This action underscores the ongoing efforts by the judicial system to address and resolve cases involving absconding suspects.
