Jharkhand Election Update: 21 Candidates File Nominations for Fourth Phase

In a recent electoral development in Jharkhand, Chief Electoral Officer K Ravi Kumar shared details about the nomination process that unfolded on Tuesday. According to Kumar, 21 candidates have now filed their nominations for the fourth phase of the elections across various constituencies in the state.
RANCHI – On April 23, a total of 11 nomination forms were purchased by candidates in different districts, signaling active participation in the electoral process.
Singhbhum and Khunti districts saw four nominations forms purchased each, while Lohardaga had seven, and Palamu recorded five.
The actual filing of nominations saw three candidates each from Singhbhum, Lohardaga, and Palamu, with two from Khunti submitting their forms.
These updates were provided during a press conference attended by both K Ravi Kumar and Additional Chief Electoral Officer Neha Arora, ensuring transparency and up-to-date information on the election proceedings.
