Singhbhum Lok Sabha Candidate Joba Majhi to File Nomination on Tuesday
Extensive Preparations Underway for Joba Majhi’s Nomination in Singhbhum Constituency
Joba Majhi, the INDIA bloc’s joint candidate for the Singhbhum Lok Sabha constituency, is set to file her nomination papers on April 23, with top political figures scheduled to attend.
CHAIBASA – Joba Majhi, representing the INDIA bloc, will officially enter the electoral race for the Singhbhum Lok Sabha seat by filing her nomination papers on April 23.
She received her party symbol from Shibu Soren, the central president and former Chief Minister, during a recent event.
In an effort to turn the nomination event into a milestone, the JMM-Congress and RJD have organized significant preparations.
Chief Minister Champai Soren, JMM’s prominent campaigner Kalpana Soren, and Basant Soren, the state’s minister for road construction, will accompany Majhi during her nomination.
Prior to filing, a public meeting is scheduled at Khutkatti ground in Chaibasa, featuring speeches from various party dignitaries and alliance leaders from the Kolhan region.
The nomination event is expected to draw hundreds of leaders, party workers, and supporters, indicating strong backing for Majhi within the alliance.
Before departing for Chaibasa, Majhi will pay respects at her late husband Devendra Majhi’s memorial at their home in Chakradharpur, highlighting her personal story of commitment and loss.
