His visit focused on Hesatu village in the Badgad block of Garhwa district, where he assessed the current conditions with local security officials.
Kumar encouraged the local populace to participate in the upcoming elections, emphasizing the importance of their vote.
The area is part of the Palamu Lok Sabha constituency, which will see voting on May 13 as part of the fourth phase of elections.
