GUMLA – Gumla sees heightened political activity as BJP’s Bhupendrabhai Patel pitches for a strong government to curb Naxalism, eyeing a third term for PM Modi and a victory for Sameer Oraon in Lohardaga.

At Karaundi garden in Gumla, Bhupendrabhai Patel led a spirited campaign emphasizing the necessity of electing BJP for tackling Naxalism and terrorism.

Patel outlined the Modi government’s past initiatives, such as loan facilitation for women and farmers without guarantors, during the rally.

The Chief Minister connected Modi’s visit to revolutionary Birsa Munda’s village with his commitment to national welfare.

A vibrant crowd, buoyed by leaders like State President Babulal Marandi and Amar Bauri, listened as Patel envisioned a dual victory in the Lok Sabha and upcoming assembly elections.

Babulal Marandi criticized the India Alliance, accusing it of hindering Jharkhand’s development and favoring corruption.

Marandi reminisced about his tenure with Arjun Munda and Raghubar Das, claiming a corruption-free governance contrasting with current allegations against CM Hemant Soren.

Amar Bauri hailed the progress under Modi and denounced the Indi Alliance’s policies, warning of threats to reservation policies.

Outgoing MP Sudarshan Bhagat endorsed Sameer Oraon, calling for strong voter turnout to ensure a continued BJP-led governance.

Bhagat expressed a personal bond with Oraon, urging the people of Lohardaga to support him for Modi’s third term.
