Two arrested in Mohammad Dil Nawaz’s murder case, evidence recovered by Kapali OP police

Kapali OP police crack the Mohammad Dil Nawaz murder case with the arrest of two individuals, recovering crucial evidence.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Kapali OP police force, operating in the Seraikela-Kharsawan district near Jamshedpur, has successfully resolved the murder of Mohammad Dil Nawaz, which occurred at Shahid Bagan in Bandhugora on April 4.

The police have apprehended two suspects, identified as Hasnain Ansari, also known as Javed or KK Bacha, and Nawab Arzoo, alias Mannu, who have since been remanded to judicial custody.

Key pieces of evidence, including the stone purportedly used in the crime, a motorcycle, two mobile phones, and the burnt mobile phone belonging to the deceased, were seized from the suspects.

Chandil SDPO Sunil Kumar Rajwar provided insights into the case, noting that on the day of the incident, the victim and the accused were together, engaging in substance use. A dispute arose, leading to the fatal assault on Nawaz by the accused using a stone.

A dedicated team led by Chandil Inspector Ajay Kumar, with contributions from Kapali OP in-charge Sonu Kumar, Police Sub Inspector Aslam Ansari, Hiralal Mundu, and armed forces personnel from Kapali OP, was pivotal in untangling the case.

Rajwar highlighted Nawab Arzoo’s criminal background, mentioning his involvement in numerous cases previously registered at Kapali OP.
